Difference between Financial Planning and Retirement Planning

Question: Is financial planning different from retirement planning? 

Answer: Retirement planning is a part of comprehensive financial .  Retirement planning should NEVER be done in a vacuum, but in the complete, comprehensive overview of your financial situation, including reviewing insurance, estate planning documents, income and estate taxes and income tax returns (as successful retirement means watching your tax bracket!), real estate holdings, retirement plans, debts, business agreements, collectables, and other assets and liabilities unique to your financial situation.
